For those who want individualized in-person support so you can feel more confident in the gym again, all levels. Includes:

  • Initial Consult and Assessment includes metabolic rate and body composition testing (optional)

$97/month - optional add on

  • Access to our app for easy, real time tracking and feedback

  • Text support between sessions
